This year you should expect to see a lot more of performing artist, Joshua Ray Walker.
This Dallas-based musician is headed for a major breakout this year thanks to his debut full-length album, Wish You Were Here, released in January.
Raised on bluegrass, Walker couldn't get enough of music. He grew up playing lead guitar and touring with rock bands during high school and then began writing and playing original songs shortly after. Not intending to write country music, Walker found his niche in the Americana sound. Now signed to State Fair Records, Walker’s debut album is receiving lots of praise from The Rolling Stone, The Boot, and Saving Country Music.
