A new Spotify feature has fans and artists talking. The Artist Fundraising Pick allows artists to support the cause of their choice while giving fans a chance to support artists. Artists identify a cause or creative endeavor, then link the donation forms to their Spotify page.

In Dallas, some artists are already taking advantage of this new feature. HONIN is accepting payments for her latest EP release. Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Lo is raising funds to organizations focused on mental health and, "a secret quarantine project [she's] making that will hopefully make you dance a lil." ⁠

Head to your favorite local artist's Spotify page to stream their tunes and see how they're utilizing their fundraising pick.
